NZ Rent Boy and NZ Rent Boys (also known as ‘Extra fun’) (the Site) is a classified ads website (domain/s) which allows third-party users to post advertisements / classified ads which are adult related and erotic dating advertisements. The allowed advertisements are dating advertisements / erotic dating ads / advertisements for adult establishments. All users who visit the website automatically are subject to the Terms of Service (“Terms”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms.
The Site administration does not have any connection with the advertisers or is not responsible for their behaviour or the content of the advertisements. All of the content is created by independent third party users. We do not routinely monitor, control or edit the content ourselves. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that the Site is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release NZ Rent Boy(s) its officers, employees, volunteers, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.

m) Transmitting any information, data, text, files, links, software, chats, communication or other materials that is unlawful, false, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or racially or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation material of any kind or nature that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national, or international law or regulation, or encourage the use of controlled substances;
n) Use the Site to engage in or assist another individual or entity to engage in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity.
Some services offered on the Site incur a charge. These are all digital (not physical) services. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.
