We’ve been serving up rent boys to New Zealand for more than 10 years. And for the most part, we’ve operated under a free model – escorts can list for free, and clients can easily contact them. We’ve never operated for profit, the modest charges we apply for some features are only to cover hosting and administration costs.
However, the free model does have some downsides. The main one being some rent boys who list here may not be serious about escorting. Or they quickly lose interest and then stop answering texts and calls. It’s frustrating for everyone.
So from 1 December 2022, we are going to start charging to list with NZ Rent Boys. We’re also going to make some changes to VIP memberships. We want to build a safe, friendly, respectful community of escorts and the men and women who use their services.

A few months ago, we started culling the site of escorts who are no longer in business. We haven’t finished yet but we’re making progress. The aim is to ensure that when you contact an escort, there’s a high chance of getting a reply.
We hope these changes will bring benefits for everyone – more business for genuine escorts, and less time wasted for their clients.
